The Practice
Holding the breath and moving underwater is a meditative and individual practice.
It invites awareness, inner listening, and calm attention.
Relaxation, mindfulness, and presence support the development of aquatic skills.

Freediving
Training is tailored to each student and focuses on freediving as a complete practice from breath awareness and underwater skills to gradual depth adaptation and safety.

For some students, freediving becomes the foundation for ethical spearfishing approached with care, selectivity, and respect.
Hunting is never required.
Breath and responsibility always come first.
